How does the API work?
Enterprise users get a unique API key. Use it to send questions to your chatbot programmatically and receive answers with source citations in JSON format.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens when I hit my message limit?
Free users have a 20-message lifetime limit. Pro users get 5,000 messages per month that reset on each billing date. Enterprise gets 20,000 messages per month — need more? Contact us at support@chatleon.com.
